We understand how challenging it can be to find the right financial advisor to work with.  That's why we created this process.  We've designed it to give both you, and us, a framework for making an educated and informed decision about working together. Of equal importance, this process will provide you with a customized financial assessment that details how you can improve your retirement success.

For those who are potentially a good fit for our firm's expertise, there is no cost or obligation for this process as we want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

Initial Phone Call

Let's verify the fit

 

Before committing your time or ours, this 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t see an Orthopedic Surgeon if you needed heart surgery.

*If we aren’t a good fit for each other we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

Like a doctor, diagnosis must precede prescription

 

The goal of this initial meeting is to get perfectly clear on your goals, concerns, and unique financial situation.

Before this meeting we will request a few important documents.  This data along with the questions we ask will guide our analysis, which will result in plain-English answers to four critical questions.

First Office Meeting

This is where the magic happens

We will apply years of experience, countless hours of training and mentoring by the industry’s top experts during our analysis to answer the following four critical questions:

  • Are you on track to meet your retirement goals?

  • How can your taxes be reduced?

  • Can your portfolio be improved?

  • Can you eliminate, or at least reduce threats to your retirement?

This is where the proverbial rubber hits the road

In this 2nd meeting we will explain, in plain English, exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals, including the answers to the four critical questions we asked during our analysis.

This is where you will see, in dollars and cents, how our firm can improve your finances.

At the end of this meeting we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like to sleep on it.

Second Office Meeting

We hate pressure and want you to be comfortable with your decision

We are looking for long-term client relationships, not a quick transaction.  It's important you take all time you need to make a decision. To help you make a smart decision, consider these questions:

  • Do I like/trust/respect the team at BG5 Financial?

  • Will the benefits they provide exceed their cost?

  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?

  • Do their recommendations make sense to me?

While we would love to work with you, if you decide we aren't a good fit we will not take it personally.  We will gladly wish you the best and every success.  In other words, there is never a hard-sell or pressure to say yes.

During this final meeting we will answer any remaining questions you may have and start the process/paperwork to become a client.

Prior to this meeting we will have sent you a detailed explanation of this process and answered all of your questions and concerns.
